Representatives of the Local Democracy Agency are attending the Second Regional Training for Member Organizations of the Balkan Network for Local Democracy (BNLD), entitled “Sharing Experiences – Expanding the Thematic Program of the Network”, which runs from September 10 to September 12 in Knjazevac.
During the three days of training, participants will focus on mastering the methodology of monitoring and evaluating local public policies, which are related to the areas of several negotiation chapters: 19 – Social Policy and Employment, 23 – Justice and Fundamental Rights and 24 – Justice, Freedom and Security. Also, evidence-based advocacy methodology will be the focus of this three-day training. The expected results of the training will imply a common methodological approach of all partner organizations in the further work, which will enable a comparative analysis of local policies in the mentioned areas across the Balkans.
The Balkan Youth for Europe project is being implemented in partnership by the Center for Democracy Foundation and the CRTA from Belgrade, the European Association for Local Democracy ALDA, based in Strasbourg, the Balkan Local Democracy Network BNLD, based in Skopje, the Youth Act of Albania and Sodem from Turkey.
